Jill is a Registered Dietitian, who offers nutrition consulting and personal coaching to help her clients meet their health and lifestyle goals. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) with a major in biochemistry-nutrition and a minor in psychology; Jill has since been registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Dietitians (regulated body), and is a member of the Dietitians of Canada. Her experience in the healthcare system ranges across the span of fifteen years. Jill believes that being healthy is not a fad or a trend, but rather a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, an active lifestyle, and also having a positive and optimistic outlook on life.
