  • Do I need a referral?

    You may need a referral for insurance, but not to come in the clinic.

  • How long will my appointment be?

    Your physiotherapy assessment will be 1-1.5 hours in length.

  • Do you direct bill insurances?

    We do direct bill most insurances, if you are in doubt contact your insurance broker.

  • How many treatments do I need?

    This depends on the type of injury you have, the severity of it, and how your body responds to treatment.

  • How much notice do I need to give if I am cancelling an appointment?

    Due to the number of patients and clients who are continually seeking appointments we ask you to give us 24hrs notice.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Please bring your referral and insurance card.

  • Can I continue doing all of my regular tasks and activities?

    This depends upon your injury and response to treatment, your therapist will be able to advise you during your appointment.

  • Do you carry products for inflammation?

    We carry topical (goes on the skin) for inflammation; we carry Voltaren, and a cooling agent called BioFreeze.

  • Do you do taping/brace fitting?

    We are able to provide taping, following an assessment and we can advise you on over the counter soft braces.
