Jill is a Registered Dietitian, who offers nutrition consulting and personal coaching to help her clients meet their health and lifestyle goals. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Memorial University with a major in biochemistry-nutrition and a minor in psychology. Jill has since been registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Dietitians (regulated body), and is a member of the Dietitians of Canada. Her experience in the healthcare system ranges across the span of fifteen years. Jill believes that being healthy is not a fad or a trend, but rather a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, an active lifestyle, and also having a positive and optimistic outlook on life.
