Jessica Rideout

RegPT, B.KincH, MSc.PT

Jessica graduated from Memorial University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (co-operative) with Honours. Following that she graduated from Dalhousie University in 2010 with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy.

Upon graduation Jessica worked in both the hospital setting and in private practice, and has been working full time in a private practice setting since 2017.

Jessica has completed the Level 3 courses toward the Diploma of Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, as well Gunn IMS (intramuscular stimulation) dry needling training. Jessica tends to apply a manual therapy approach in conjunction with mobility and strength exercise prescription.

Outside of work she enjoys international travel, strength training, mountain climbing, and adventures with her German Shepherd.
